You will also have the opportunity to attend management 'think tanks' where managers of similar responsibilities gather to anticipate and discuss mutual problems, to discuss new management concepts and practices, and for individual managers to raise a personal business problem for discussion with the other managers. Some members of previous think tanks have agreed to remain in touch: they continue to meet regularly and have enjoyed significant benefits from these meetings.
